About The Baker Guy

Ever Since I was 14, baking have always been my passion and soul. Being that ‘odd child’ among my siblings who love to do out of the box things, I was just the creative kid inside. I am entirely self-taught when it comes to the kitchen, learning as I go through cookbooks, magazines, television shows, the Internet, and a tremendous amount of trial and error. My Mum baked by feel; her hands knew when dough was ready and she never second-guessed herself. I try to channel her confidence when I’m in the kitchen, and hope to pass it along to you, too! Using the finest and quality ingredients I could find to make your moment the most sweetest & memorable to remember.

When I’m out of the kitchen, you can usually find me like any other guys playing sports or spending quality time with family & friends. Oh Yeah! I wrote my own songs too.
